Stalls and Pitch Information

We are keen to hear from anyone who is interested especially local people wishing to have a stall at the Garw Carnival Rural Fair.
Please contact us if you have any ideas that you wish to put forward. We are very happy to hear from people selling locally sourced produce and crafts.

Pitches measure 3 metres square and cost £20 or 15 Time Credits - electricity is available at an extra £5.
In most cases we can supply multiple pitches side by side to accommodate larger stalls.

Please note: STALLS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. ANYBODY TURNING UP ON THE DAY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON SITE.
DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, ALL STALLS MUST BE COVERED.
STALL HOLDERS ARE EXPECTED TO BRING THEIR OWN GAZEBO OR SIMILAR APPROVED COVERING.
